Junior Vikings is a program for early and junior athletes.
This program has been designed and run by our university qualified sport and exercise scientists to give all children, regardless of their sporting experience, the opportunity to build a solid movement foundation allowing them to tackle life, and their chosen sport to the best of their ability.
The gym doesn’t have to be boring. This program was designed to be fun while learning the basics of running, jumping, landing, pushing and pulling. Our Junior Vikings program is designed specifically to teach youth basic movement patterns. The Junior Vikings program was designed to give all children the chance to enjoy movement in a safe and supervised setting. Creating strong positive connections with exercise at a young age is essential for continued exercise later in life. Not only are we creating this fantastic connect to exercise, but you will also get all the amazing benefits from exercise such as:

This program incorporates warm-up, correct jumping and landing techniques, basic strength movements and basic recovery strategies.
