Our Metabolic Overhaul program is an ongoing lifestyle modification program designed by University qualified health practitioners to maximise body composition adaptation and to kickstart your metabolism.
METABOLIC OVERHAUL includes education and tools for ongoing healthy lifestyle management, and full support throughout the program with a University qualified health professional.
The Metabolic Overhaul Program includes:
- Clinically-derived exercise guidelines based on scientific testing results to improve your fitness and calorie burning capabilities. Strength and Blood Lactate Threshold testing for accurate programming and result tracking
- Ongoing, twice weekly, fully supervised progressive resistance training program to increase lean mass and FIRE up your metabolic rate

WHAT IS METABOLIC OVERHAUL?
The program begins with a free initial consultation with our Exercise Physiologist who will discuss your medical history and goal-setting, and some basic strength and cardiovascular fitness testing to enable us to safely prescribe an effective, tailored exercise plan for you.
You also have the option of discounted body composition analysis with our gold standard DEXA machine, as well as a consultation and individualised meal planning with our Dietitian if you wish.
Group retesting will occur in-session every 10 weeks to gauge your progress and enable for safe exercise progressions.
WHEN IS METABOLIC OVERHAUL?
Supervised resistance training sessions with our Exercise Physiologist run each Wednesday and Friday from 5.30pm-6.30pm.
