I got my first taste of Fully Fit Feb on the weekend and attended the organised yoga class. Yoga is something that I have always been interested in but haven’t ventured much into before. It was a fantastic class and I will learn and take a great deal from this class by the end of the month.
I have so far kept my commitment of doing 30 mins of exercise per day even though some days are harder than others. I am looking forward to some of the events that are coming up such as the AFL day and the mini triathlon some things that I have never done or it has been awhile since I have done. Then onto the yoga again Sunday morning.
It is going to be great to have the chance to try different sports and different aspects of exercise. Although I work in the health industry it is hard sometimes to be able to find time to try new aspects of health, which is what attracted me towards joining up for Fully Fit Feb.
