September marks the beginning of Spring, and with the change in weather comes an increased motivation to get our healthy lifestyle back on track after a few months of pseudo-hibernation (i.e. a decrease in activity and an increase in calorie intake).
Typically around this time of year we see an influx of Bootcamps and Challenges urging you to work hard for the next 8 to 12 weeks to achieve your “ideal summer body”, however these programs are rarely sustainable beyond a few months and fail to educate us how to implement long-term healthy lifestyle changes.
We are bucking the trend of the typical “8 week body blast challenge”, and are encouraging people to set realistic and sustainable lifestyle adaptions that MAY result in body composition change, but WILL result in improving their current health position and educating them to make lasting and healthy lifestyle changes.
Included with our Spring Special is two DEXA scans, which will enables you to set a baseline at the beginning of your journey and to rescan after 10 to 12 weeks to compare how your body has adapted to the changes you have implemented.
