The much anticipated move is here. Like children on Christmas Day, the Vision staff are hugely excited about the prospect of a new vibrant clinic filled with ‘new toys’ (read equipment) and the prospect of an even greater ‘customer experience.’ With the move, however, there will be change; adjusting of appointment times to match with other commitments, new travel routes, new equipment and a new environment. Despite moving around within the Willows building for the past 10 years, this will be one of the greatest changes to Vision Exercise Physiology and our hugely valued clients will be involved in the change process.
“The only way that we can live, is if we grow.
The only way that we can grow is if we change.
The only way that we can change is if we learn.
The only way we can learn is if we are exposed.
And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open.
Do it. Throw yourself.”

This is a wonderful springboard for new growth, for new opportunities and for new learnings. This change can be the vehicle to not just travel to your ‘New Year’s Resolution’ but your goals and dreams. Yes change can be scary. Yes change and the unknown that comes with is can prove daunting. Yes it can sometimes be a leap of faith. But on the other side of that change is revolution. The caterpillar creating a cocoon has no surety of the future but has an instinct – an instinct that if it takes the leap of faith – a new dawn can arise with new opportunities & in a realm it had never dreamt of before.
With that in mind, when it comes to the fear of change, choose to become aware of opportunity. Of growth. Of wonder. And all of the known and unknown experiences that come your way.
