As part of Bowel Cancer Awareness month, Vision has donated it’s time in providing informative presentations to two forums over the past week. It is widely known the significant benefit that exercise can provide individuals with a range of different health conditions and Bowel Cancer is no different. Not only do sufferers struggle with the loss of physical condition as a result of the cancer but there are several treatment related side-effects that can be aided by exercise and movement. There a no doubt a host of concerns sufferers have in relation to how much, how often and how intense should I be exercising and Vision aims to alleviate these questions with sound, up to date clinical knowledge as well as providing the various pathways in how to restart their movement journey.
