Mitch has always had a strong passion for sport and has been involved since a young age.
At age 5, he started competing in athletics and playing soccer, from then he has had a love of all sports and exercise.
This love for sport and exercise is what inspired Mitch to pursue a career as an Exercise Physiologist. He graduated a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2013 and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019.
Mitch finds a great sense of satisfaction in assisting people to achieve their goals and enjoys working with chronic health conditions to improve overall health and wellbeing.
When he’s not working, Mitch is spending time with his family or training for athletics, which he still regularly competes in.
