Leah’s love of food lead her to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics) at Queensland University of Technology, graduating in 2014. She prides herself on working collaboratively with clients to achieve their health goals and believes everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy great food, regardless of preexisting medical issues.
Leah has experience assisting clients with chronic disease management, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, food intolerance’s, pre and post natal nutrition and general health and well being.
No two clients are the same and Leah works to meet each client’s needs by providing practical, individually tailored nutrition advice to suit their personality and lifestyle.
Leah loves exploring different cuisines, perfecting recipes, cooking for family and friends and tending to her tiny vegetable garden (with questionable success).
